SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
We ship to all 50 states; P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO addresses.
Your shipping charge or service may vary depending on the weight of your package. The shipping cost will be calculated before you complete your order.
Shipments to PO boxes or military addresses are shipped via USPS.
APO and FPO
Army Post Office, Fleet Post Office and Post Office Box (APO/FPO and P.O. Box) addresses will be shipped with USPS. Shipments to APO/FPO addresses can take up to 4 weeks for delivery. Once the package is handed off to a Military Delivery Partner there is no tracking available.
Return & Exchange Policy
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Ship returnable* items back within 14 days of delivery.
*Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. Customer must provide description of damage or defectiveness along with photos upon return request.
*Some accessories may not be returnable. Please check the product description for information.
Returnable/exchangeable items will be accepted within the specified time period as long as the items are in new condition.
Washed, worn, or used items will not be accepted.
Customer must provide receipts of purchase.
Order the wrong size?
You may only exchange it once for the correct size. Please double check your size when ordering or exchanging.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the original order was damaged or defective.
Original shipping is not refundable unless items were damaged or defective.
